Carpenter & Carpenter Limited specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of specialist furniture and joinery. They produce one-off fitted furniture, or freestanding furniture for a variety of environments. They offer a full bespoke service, starting with raw materials and manufacturing the furniture to make the best functional and visual use of the space. Cabinets and other storage devices can be any size, they are not bought off the shelf and customised.

Based in Hockley Essex, they use their own workshops to manufacture your requirements from design to installation. This process eliminates any misinterpretation of your wishes and ensures high standards and rigorous quality control.

A wide variety of materials are offered to create unique solutions such as; solid timber, glass, man made boards, veneers and stainless steel, Sustainability is taken seriously and the timber used is chosen carefully from managed forests in Europe and North America, manmade boards are certified by the FSC.

Although CAD and sketch drawings are wonderful ways of developing furniture, it is often only through making the furniture that all avenues of function, aesthetics and materials are totally resolved.
